Logistics Coordinator

Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.

• Coordinate and monitor supply operations
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Preparing purchase orders, ensuring orders are processed and approved by appropriate leadership
• Restocking appropriate machines and stock room to ensure medical supplies are at the standard level
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Keep logs and records of medical stock and orders
• Communicate with suppliers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Ability to lift 200+ lbs. or more due to equipment and other supplies
• Report directly to EMS Support Services Division

Requirement and Skills:

• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of laws & regulations requirements
• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
• Previous Experience in logistics (warehouse, supply chain)
• Pay is based on verifiable Experience
• Pass successful background check (applicable), pre-employment physical & drug test
