Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Chatham Emergency Services has an immediate opening for an accounts receivable coordinator. Compute, classify, and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.

Tasks:

• Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering telephones, and handling routine correspondence.
• Processing credit/debit memos as assigned
• Invoice Claim Resolution
• Assist with Monthly Reconciliations of accounts and transactions as assigned
• Special order/Billing
• Financial Reporting and Research as needed
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals and ledgers or computers as assigned
• Respond to messages via email, faxes, and returning phone calls
• Detailed daily and monthly reports concerning financial transactions as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma (or GED/ High School Equivalence Certificate); I-3 years of experience with posting, monthly reconciliations and journal entries is strongly desire. Must be detail-oriented.
